Most of our partner vehicles can easily fit scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers. They can also accommodate bariatric chairs, but an extra fee applies. When making your reservation, please specify that you’ll be using a bariatric chair and provide its width. Tootl vehicles are designed with our clients’ needs in mind. They include convenient features, such as ramps, making it easy to get in and out with the help of our compassionate drivers.
A companion isn’t required to ride in the vehicle. However, certain conditions apply. For example, it must be medically safe for the individual to ride alone, or they must be capable of independent seat transfers, if required. Our drivers can assist the individual in getting in and out of the vehicle. If your pick-up or drop-off location involves stairs, please notify us when making your reservation so we can discuss the situation.
